Do you allow Local Edmonton Pickup?
We do allow local pickup. Please know this is a courtesy. We have a pick up bin for convenience as we are busy and do not have time available to accommodate meeting up with individuals.
How Long Can I expect an item to arrive?
Shipping varies based on processing time of items and where you are located. Please ensure you check the processing time of items you wish to purchase as some items due to custom nature require longer times as we order supplies and make the item. Shipping length will depend on where you are located in relation to our shop and if you purchased regular shipping or tracked package. We are located in Edmonton and if you live out in Eastern Canada it will take longer then shipping to BC or Sask. additionally American buyers should be prepared for longer wait in case it it’s held in customs so please plan ahead if possible. We are not responsible for the postal system and any delays due to customs or forces beyond our control.
